Who Is Fiona Simpson?

Fiona Simpson has spent over 15 years inside GTM organizations, building enablement programs, training revenue teams, and helping leaders make high-stakes decisions with more clarity and less noise. She has launched enablement functions from scratch, designed scalable onboarding and training programs, and partnered with executives on some of the thorniest problems in go-to-market strategy.

ReflectPath grew out of a pattern she kept seeing: skilled, experienced professionals who already had the answers but couldn't trust them. The ReflectPath Framework is her response to that — a repeatable system for identifying patterns of past success and making them stick.
